We all know that eating fruits and veggies is good for your body and mind, but they’re also great for giving you beautiful skin. Who doesn’t want that? I think I’d rather eat my way into glowing skin than spend lots of money trying to achieve the same attractive complexion I could get from eating a few vegetables every day.
