Juice Beauty {Stem Cellular} Anti-Wrinkle Eye Cream Review

I started using an organic eye cream about 6 weeks ago to compare the results with other non-organic eye creams. I wanted to use it for a good long stretch so I would have plenty of time to see results. Personally, using only organic skincare products has never been important to me, but I know it is to many other women. In my head, I just want something that works, organic or not! I know I should be more conscious of what I’m putting into my body and on my skin, so the fact that I’ve found an organic line that I like is a step in the right direction!

My mother-in-law gave me the Juice Beauty Stem Cellular Anti-Wrinkle Eye Cream saying that she had heard good things about it and she wasn’t able to use it herself due to sensitivities, so decided to let me try it out. I had heard of Juice Beauty before then, but hadn’t really done much research on their products. As an esthetician, I like to look around at lots of skincare lines to familiarize myself with new technologies and new ingredients doing great things.

What It’s About

I learned that the main ingredients in this eye cream are Malic Acid (apple juice), Reservatrol (grape juice), Vitamins C, E & B5, and Aloe leaf juice. Anytime you see Vitamins C and E in something you know it’s helping with wrinkles and fine lines. It’s good for any skin type, and is to be used nightly. I always recommend using eye creams at night because when you sleep, your skin is already working to repair any damage, so using it before you go to bed makes it sink in deeper and guarantees that you can get the most benefits from it.

The main goal of this eye cream is to visibly reduce dark circles, reduce the appearance of deep set wrinkles and fine lines, and to bring extra hydration to the whole eye area. As a mother of young kids it’s a given that I battle dark circles. As a woman in my late 20’s it’s a given that I’m beginning to focus more on anti-aging and preventing wrinkles. This eye cream interested me because I never thought using apple juice around my eyes would be a good idea with the fact that it may burn. BUT IT DOESN’T. The jojoba and shea butter work as nice emollients and I guess they help dilute the acid enough to make it not burn the sensitive area under the eyes.

The applicator is really neat, and not one like I’ve seen before. Instead of coming in a jar that requires you to scoop out the product with your finger, it comes in a skinny bottle with a smooth-sided applicator as a lid. You press down so the eye cream comes out in the middle of this little circle and then apply it straight to the eye area without using your fingers. You begin at the inside corner near the nose and smooth it out to the outer corner, doing small circles along the way. The great thing about this eye cream is that it’s also meant to be used around the lips! That’s the beauty of organic skincare. You don’t have to worry if you ingest a little bit of it.

So my experience with this organic eye cream was a pretty positive one. I haven’t noticed a major change in the fine lines around my lips yet, but I have noticed the crows feet around my eyes have started to smooth out. As for the dark circles, I definitely have seen a difference. There have been a few nights when I have forgotten to use it, and when I woke up I could definitely tell that I forgot. It keeps my eyes looking bright and energized! I don’t require a concealer anymore! I am anxious to see how long it takes before I notice a difference around my lips. I’ll post an update on that in a few weeks. This Juice Beauty Stem Cellular Anti-Wrinkle Eye Treatment retails for $50, and I think it’s very fairly priced for the results you’re receiving. A lot of other eye creams are asking a lot more and don’t do as much. I would rate it a 4/5!

Have you tried Juice Beauty before? What are your thoughts on it? Let me know in the comments!
